Privacy

Analytics — basic pageview and referrer data via Google Tag Manager, used to understand which reports and methodology pages get cited. No cross-site identifiers are set by us.

Email subscriptions— if you give us your email via the subscribe form, it lands in HubSpot, our newsletter system. We send one email per week when there's new data and nothing else. You can unsubscribe from any email.

Server logs — standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) retained for 30 days for abuse prevention.

• Cross-site tracking pixels (no Meta, X, or other third-party pixels on content pages — only on the dedicated /subscribe page for conversion measurement, with consent prompts).
• Behavioral profiles or fingerprinting beyond what Google Analytics 4 does by default. We do not sell, share, or rent user data.
• Personal information about the workers in our reports — we cite public company actions, not individual names.

We rely on the following processors. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• HubSpot (newsletter)
• Google Analytics 4 + Google Tag Manager (analytics)
• Railway (hosting)
• Cloudflare (DNS + CDN)
• Cloudflare R2 (image hosting via media.jobloss.ai)

To delete your email subscription or request the data we hold about you, email jobloss@secureainow.org. We'll respond within 14 days.
